First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during this trying time. We really miss seeing our clients and our teammates and we can't wait to see your faces and come back together safely.

We have been busy busy preparing to welcome you back and got the green light from our Provincial Government to reopen next week (yay!)

On MAY 25th - we'll be bringing back our team for training and practice

On MAY 27th - we'll be open for the first day welcoming back our guests (by appointment only)

But please note that not all stylists are coming back at the same time

If you had an appointment cancelled-- all guests are being called in the order of their original appointment to reschedule. So no worries about having to call us, we will take care of you and your hair needs as soon as we can!

If you didn't have an appointment cancelled and are hoping to make a new booking, please fill out our waitlist form and we'll call you once we've contacted our cancelled appointments to set something up. 

Our team is working SO SO hard to connect with everyone! We literally have HUNDREDS of appointments to book and limited stylists so PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH US!

Your salon experience will look a bit different (wah! No hugs!) in our new way of caring for you but don't worry, we'll still do everything we can to help you feel like the very best version of yourself. #safetyisthenewluxury 

SOME ITEMS TO NOTE:

  • Our doors will be locked and only guests with an appointment may enter (please no buddies). Arrive close to your appointment time and let us know! We will welcome you in when it's ok to do so.

  • Upon entry, we'll provide you with a disposable mask to wear throughout your visit with us and ask you to sanitize your hands. Please bring only what you need for your appointment that day.

  • You will no longer change into a robe, we will provide one to wear over your clothes so if you're getting a colour service, please don't wear your favourite shirt!

  • We have gone cashless- please use debit or credit to pay for your services. A temporary $5 sanitation fee will be added to all service tickets.

  • Our beverage service is temporarily on hold (have to keep those masks on!), please avoid bringing any food or beverages to your appointment.

  • To provide distance, we currently will be using only every 2nd station. For added comfort, we have also added dividers as extra barriers.

  • Strict disinfection and sanitation procedures will be carried out throughout the day and a deep clean between each guest

  • All guests must fill out an AGREEMENT FORM before their appointment
