RedBloom Salon is a full-service hair salon providing haircuts, colour, highlighting, extensions, styling and treatments. With three locations in Calgary. Since 2004 we have been dedicated to providing great hair and the best possible experience.

Troy Winget
founder & executive stylist
Executive stylist, mentor and business man, Troy Winget strives to make RedBloom not only the best place to get your hair done but also the best place to work.
A Calgary native who, after working as a manager for many years in the food industry, decided to begin his hairstyling career in 1998. Only 6 years later he opened his first RedBloom location in 2004. Troy’s passion for hair and people, as well as a strong business sense, helped him continue to grow RedBloom Salon to three locations.
Troy is inspired daily by his team and loves being able to work shoulder to shoulder with them. His team is his second family and his big heart is a leading factor in the culture and closeness of the RedBloom family.
Besides working, Troy loves spending time with his wife, riding his Harley and meditating.
Michael Anthony
director of operations
With 15+ years of project management and business process development experience across a multitude of industries from agriculture, automotive retail and service, as well as real estate, Michael brings a focus on customer service and a fresh perspective to the salon and service industry.
Michael came to Calgary in 2012 from southwestern Ontario to build a career in the communications agency world. After 10+ years of leading accounts and projects as well as developing agency process and managing business operations, Michael joins RedBloom with his human-centric approach to leadership to help grow and foster an efficient, high-performing team and customer service experience.
In his spare time, you can find Michael in the garage tinkering with a project car, in a home studio playing music or going on adventures with his wife and young son.
Genna Wilson
operations manager
19 years behind the chair has provided Genna with a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service—and that begins with an incredible team. Through a passion for this amazing industry, Genna has developed her skills in providing supportive and encouraging leadership while holding our team accountable to RedBloom's high standards. Genna has a strong passion for business, as well as creating a prosperous and growth-driven environment for our employees. When she isn't at work, Genna enjoys spending time with her son and close friends, traveling, cooking, and dining out.
Shannon Robinson
HR director
A senior professional with over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, Shannon is an expert in strategic change, employee-centric programs and managing exceptional talent. She finds joy in working to provide strategies and programs that create and maintain a successful salon environment and prides herself on being able to build relationships with her team.
Shannon has experience in retail, professional services, field operations and corporate program development – including meaningful compensation design, leadership development and implementing effective policies, procedures and systems. Her goal at RedBloom is to build an effective and highly functioning professional workplace culture, where employees, guests and community feel valued.
When Shannon isn’t working, she is passionate about travel, and is likely planning her next “Trip of a Lifetime” with her husband. She also enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with friends and family.
