RedBloom Salons’ customized approach to stylist development has been designed with the individual in mind.
RedBloom’s Associate Program was developed to offer the Apprentices the opportunity to gain knowledge and have more hands-on experience by working directly with some of the BEST in our company.
Apprentices will be challenged throughout the program. The right candidate for this program will understand the importance of education, have a growth mindset, and take initiative in their own development.
approximately once a month, RedBloom offers Associate Program Learning Modules, which aim to help our graduate stylists refine their skills, develop confidence, and improve their service timing. Your educators will assess areas of strength, identify areas of opportunity, and develop individualized goals.
This personalized coaching, mentorship and education will build upon previous knowledge, and challenge and support confident and independent stylists.
Expert Instructors: Industry leading mentors and instructors who provide one-on-one coaching and support throughout all stages of your growth as a stylist.
Immediate Hands-On Experience: you’ll have your hands in hair from the day you start with RedBloom; learning our points of difference and how we serve our clients from the best in the industry.
Tailor-made coaching and training: As you grow as a stylist, your developmental needs will also change - we create customized learning plans and coaching that best serves your growth and areas of opportunity, from technical skills to client service and consultations.
