COVID-19 let’s all do our part to keep our community healthy!
To our guests,
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to make sure we do our part to prioritize your health and well-being and that of our team and community. We work in very close contact and must work together to protect one another.
As we navigate through this period of heightened awareness we will be taking a series of precautionary steps including:
increasing our cleaning and sanitizing procedures — disinfecting work stations and sinks between each guest visit, going through a sanitizing checklist every hour, removing magazines, no longer using experience menus and only serving water that comes out of a filter in disposable cups.
limiting hand and face contact (no handshakes, hugs, hand massages, hot towels, makeup touch-ups and brow tints)
Washing our hands thoroughly before the start of each guest
Ensuring our employees stay home if they are sick
What we ask of you:
if you are feeling unwell, even if it just feels like a cold or a cough, or if you’ve recently travelled outside of Canada, to please reschedule your appointment (we will not be charging cancellation fees during this time).
Please consider washing your hand upon arrival to your appointment
We know your hair appointments are important to you, they are important to us as well, but our health is far more important than our hair. So let’s all do our part to keep our community healthy!
Although your experience may look a little different at this time, we thank you for your understanding, loyalty and support. We will be sure to keep you informed with any changes or updates.
