Please note: Our Graduate stylists have completed hair school and gone through our extensive in-house technical training program. They have also passed rigorous internal testing, but lack the extended physical practice of more experienced stylists. In order to grow in their craft and achieve our high standard for technical requirements, our graduates are given extra time with guests in salon to complete services. Their work is also overseen by a mentor at the start and end of the service. This enables them to practice high-quality technical skills while under the mentorship & direction of a licensed stylist.
