Safeguarding Health - Part of Our Relaxing Salon Experience

Throughout the uncertainty of the last two years of the pandemic, one thing was crystal clear:

You appreciated our commitment to providing a caring salon experience that prioritized your health and wellness. 

You were able to relax at RedBloom Salon knowing we were mindfully keeping our salons as safe as possible:

●      We implemented rigorous sanitation protocols. Our robust systems help keep both our guests and our staff safe.

●      Staff and guests are supported in staying home when they are under the weather. We strive to do whatever is within our power to “stop the spread” and encourage everyone to take the time they need to recover completely.

●      We have been fastidious about following provincial health recommendations. Social distancing and capacity limitations were carefully monitored. As the Omicron variant surged we participated in the Rapid Testing Program for Employees to help keep everyone in our salons safe.

Many of you reached out to say our commitment to safety measures was the only reason you felt comfortable going to a salon during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we watch you close your eyes and relax into the chair during your massage at our treatment sinks… that says it all. We are so grateful RedBloom has remained a place you can be comfortable and just focus on you.

It is our pleasure to continue to prioritize your comfort and safety.

Keeping it Fresh With New Services and Experiences at RedBloom Salons

Expanding our service offerings and providing excellent guest care is as exciting for us as it is appreciated by you. The last year brought:

●      More perks for new guests! Each new guest who comes for a cut (kids cuts excluded) or a colour service receives a gift containing product samples tailored to their hair needs. We also include a discounted offer when booking a future service!

●      NEW Majestic Hair Botox and Biotin Smoothing Services! We expanded our service menu to include a temporary smoothing service that is an alternative to our Liscio Japanese straightening process with a lower price point and time commitment for our guests. Your before and after photos of your silky locks  #redbloominreallife knock our socks off every time! Even months after your original service!

Giving Campaigns to Strengthen and Uplift Others

Thanks to your generous contributions, we were able to support some very worthy causes over the last year.

●      We raised over $12,000 in April 2021 to address water challenges in Indigenous communities in Canada. Water First, a Canadian organization, works with Indigenous communities to address current priorities.

●      We supported Calgarians during the holidays. As a government-mandated shutdown loomed in December 2021, we raised $3,700 for the Calgary Adopt-A-Family program, $3321.87 for the Women’s Centre of Calgary and $1,900 for the Calgary Community Fridge.

RedBloom Salons’ giving campaigns cultivate a heart-warming flow of gratitude, kindness, connection and positivity. It’s a vibe and energy you can feel every time you visit our salons.
